Shipping

AW24 - Please allow up to 5 business days for new orders to be security checked, picked and processed for delivery. 

We ship our products using DPD, Royal Mail and Evri. Shipping will be tracked and customers will receive the details through email.
Shipping costs  - UK Mainland Only (Tracking) 
EU Shipping -  (customer responsible for tax duties)
USA Shipping -  (customer responsible for tax duties)
Please note all orders placed 'payments will be checked and need to be cleared before order is shipped. This is part of the processing process. Items will be fraud checked using our VISA purchasing system through Shopify. 
Pre ordered items will be shipped within 10 - 14 days of the product being ordered as these are made to order. 
Returns
Customers are responsible for returned items shipping fees. We will not be liable for any products lost in the post in transit. Please ensure you contact us for a returns slip to be used on your parcel. Please do not send without speaking to a member of our sales team.
Please contact us first sales@brumboy.com before returning any products to Brumboy UK. We will provide you with the returns address and a returns form so we have the items description, problem and your contact details. Items must not be used, hang tags must be attached to product and must be in original packaging. All items will be checked before refund is initiated. We will contact you with the decision from the returns team.
