What is the fit like with Brumboy Products?
- Generally our products are regular relaxed fit, however we do offer some oversized t-shirts. Please read the descriptions and sizing chart for more details.
How long does it take for products to reach me with normal shipping?
- Usually our shipping takes 3- 5 working days, however if we are not busy you may recieive your items within 1-2 days. If we are experiencing busier periods please expect delays, however we will email you with updates.
How can I find a specific product?
- At the bottom of our website we have a search bar, enter the description of the item you will like for example 'oversized t-shirt' and our website will find the most relevent product.
How can I purchase a product?
- When you have made your selection, choose your size and click on "add to basket". Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping bag at the top right-hand corner of your screen and click on "Proceed to checkout" to be led through the checkout process.
How do I know my order has been successfully placed?
- Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add sales@brumboy.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us.
How do I track my order?
- After you receive your confirmation email confirming your purchase, you will receive another email advising you that your item/items have been dispatched for shipping. This email will contain a tracking number and details of the courier used for example 'Hermes, DPD, Royal Mail'.
How do I return an item?
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your product to make up your mind about whether you want to return your order. After the 14 days we have no statutory duty in line with our returns policy to refund or exchange your item. If you want to return an item please email sales@brumboy.com.
What is a pre-ordered product?
- Certain products that are not immediately available to purchase may be displayed on www.brumboy.com. These items can be pre-ordered to secure them once they become available. Payment will be taken when or shortly after your order is placed. Delivery times will be communicated to you before you place your order and when you receive acknowledgement for your order. Shipping times will be between 8 - 15 business days depending on the items or promotion running.
