Brumboy Policies

BRUMBOY SALE:
Items that have been purchased as a sale, are not subject to our returns policy. These products are non-refundable, however if we have any items in stock we may be able to exchange this product for something else.
RETURNS POLICY:
If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for for a full refund' All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging. If the product is not in the above condition unfortunatly you will not get a refund.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS:
 For all returns we ask that customers contact us in the first instance at sales@brumboy.com. We will then send you a form that will need to be completed and returned back to us so we can capture your issue with the product. Our customer service team will then send you a returns address to your given email address. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping returns. The returns policy is in place with returned items. Please see the above paragraph for reference. 
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND:
Refunds will be processed once we have inspected the product in line with our returns policy. Refund will be sent to the bank account used to make the purchase and may take 5 - 10 working days to reach your account. If you have any queries about payments please email sales@brumboy.com.
